To help others find and follow Christ, I choose connection over correction.

Can you think of anything you’ve ever captured by accident? We can’t take anything captive that we’re unaware of. 

We all need connection. When connections get broken, we may not notice the impact immediately, but it is there and grows over time.

For the sake of reaching new people with the love of Jesus, STAY WHERE YOU LIVE. Stay where you have influence. Refuse to climb into the boat of other believers.

What if, with great intention, we were to stop trying to master outcomes and actions but instead go to work on mastering the mind?

A changing environment can cause us to have to adapt in ways that we wouldn’t have necessarily chosen.

God has allowed all that we’re experiencing to reach people that would not have been reached otherwise.

If you want to live a different life, start thinking different thoughts. 

We live in a world filled with “muchness”. What will we do with today?

Jesus WAS and IS inviting you to leave your place of comfort FOR THE SAKE of reaching people with the love of God.

Anxiety is not only physiological and psychological. Anxiety is also deeply spiritual.

How do we change the DNA of anything? We must create or “birth” something new.

A phrase I refuse to say is “stay safe”. It’s not because I’m old school, it’s because I hold a deeply theological belief that Jesus did not rescue me to live a safe life. Jesus calls us to CONTINUE what he started.
